Cancellation policy

Full Refund:

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

No Refund:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are not eligible for a refund.

Payment Deadline:

Full payment must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

Please note: This policy may vary depending on the season. Outside of peak season, you can book a package up to 2 hours before the activity time, subject to availability.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In the event of an unavoidable situation such as severe weather conditions or natural calamities, the package will be canceled and a full refund will be issued automatically regardless of the other terms and conditions.
